If you have any questions regarding the guidelines please contact the Secretary, Robin Booth, by telephone on 020 7203 1909.
Successful Applications: Monitoring and Reporting
If an application is successful, we will require a progress report six months after payment of the grant, at six monthly intervals thereafter until the project has been completed, and a final report covering the whole project. We may require more regular reports. Reports should cover, inter alia:
• whether the grant has been used in full and, if not, the likely timescale for the use of the remainder
• a detailed summary as to how the objectives have been met
• a breakdown of income and expenditure for the project against the original budget.
• the contribution the grant has made to the recipient organisation and the effect it has had
• how many people have benefited from the grant
• how the grant has affected other fundraising results
• any substantial changes to the organisation since the grant was made (staff, premises etc.)
• any unexpected issues, which have arisen
Unsuccessful Applications
Unfortunately, it is not possible to support every application. It is not our policy to explain why any particular application has not been successful. We would ask that you leave a period of six months before reapplying.
